We’re pleased to announce that Zoom has been named a Leader in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Meeting Solutions* for the fifth consecutive year as well as a Leader in the 2020 Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Worldwide. Zoom was named a UCaaS Leader in the first year we’ve qualified for the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for UCaaS. It’s the sixth time Zoom has appeared in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Meeting Solutions. The criteria used by Gartner to evaluate companies selected for the Meeting Solutions Magic Quadrant include the ability to satisfy a wide variety of well-established and newly defined virtual meeting scenarios.
