SDI provides basic to advance deployment solution. EDI offers three months services warranty after hand over. Any support request exceeded to the warranty period will be moved to Maintenance service. SDI required for complex integration and deployment with 3rd party vendor or devices solution. SDI is suitable for Reseller or critical customer.
